Collections
Roles
in our Collections area require confidence and tenacity
to make contact with debtors, usually by telephone,
to negotiate arrangements and make payments. It is
a challenging but satisfying role where excellent
performance brings excellent rewards.
Effective
use of technology is key to enabling collectors to
achieve their targets. Our most successful collectors
demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills,
persistence and determination, confidence in dealing
with difficult conversations and a strong desire to
succeed.
You
will be provided with the support and training you
need to quickly become effective in your role and
you will work in a competitive but supportive team
environment.
Experience
in debt collection work and/or call centre experience
is an advantage but we will also consider strong applications
from people with excellent telephone negotiation skills
and the right approach and confidence to quickly learn
the role.
We
have full and part time roles and also operate an
evening shift from 5 pm to 9 pm each day plus Saturday
morning.
