CSA Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI)

The CSA launched the Collector Accreditation Initiative on 1st June 2011. This tests the knowledge and competence required to perform the role of a professional collector.

Clarity is an organisation that puts compliance at the heart of its operation and is prepared to be benchmarked against its peers. As a result a decision was made to put our collectors through this testing.

We are pleased to announce that all of our collectors who have taken this online test, have passed on their first attempt. Individual accreditation is valid for twelve months.

Over 70% our of collectors have now passed this test and as a result Clarity has gained ‘Company Accreditation’ status regarding the Collector Accreditation Initiative. Recognition of our ‘Company Accreditation’ status is now displayed on the CSA website – www.csa-uk.com.
