Employees achieve fantastic results in CSA examinations
Clarity employees have
successfully passed the CSA Diploma this week.
Suzanne
Summers achieved a Distinction, Tracey Wheeler, Tracy
Pitts, Joanne Duberry and Shelley Carlton all achieved
a Credit and Ade Dada achieved a Pass.
“This
is a phenomenal result” said Kate Willson, Head
of HR, “they all worked really hard in preparation
for the exams and their success is well deserved. The
CSA Diploma covers the full spectrum of collections
activities and has given these employees an excellent
range of practical knowledge and a sound understanding
of industry best practice.”
The
participants recognise the real, practical benefits
of having undertaken the Diploma course:
“I
found the diploma course to be extremely valuable, not
just for developing my knowledge around the credit industry
as a whole, but now I can also see the impact that it
is having on my everyday working life. The experience
I have gained during the course has created a more confident
approach to my job. The course is invaluable and I would
definitely recommend it to anyone in this industry.”
Ade Dada, Client Services Manager.
“Fantastic
up to date knowledge has been gained on issues affecting
our industry, from matters relating to debt recovery
through to tracing.” Suzanne Summers, Senior Collections
Advisor.
“As
a manager I feel the course was essential as I have
gained a better understanding of the industry which
will help me develop my team.” Tracey Wheeler,
Collections Manager
All
6 successful team members will attend the CSA Presentation
Day at the end of June to celebrate their success with
others who have completed the Diploma this year.
More
members of the Collections Team will be given the opportunity
to be sponsored to complete the Diploma in future. |
