He has held senior management positions at one of the UK’s largest retail lending institutions which included responsibility for all aspects of collections and recoveries across all retail products.

His expertise is in people and process. Steve’s primary focus is to ensure that Clarity’s performance exceeds client expectations. He ensures that programmes are in place to continually review and refine collections strategies and processes to maximize collections performance at lowest unit cost to the client.
