has a strong generalist HR background with a wide range
of both consulting and operational HR experience at
a senior management level, having worked with a broad
range of business areas within large retail financial
services organisations.
In
recent years she has provided independent HR and Management
Development consultancy to a number of major clients.
She
has a passion for working in close partnership with
the business to create ‘best in class’ people
practices, to maximise the opportunities for employees
to develop and progress and to motivate the achievement
