Garry has been involved in all aspects of credit management for over 20 years.
He has held executive positions at one of the UK’s largest retail lending institutions and has had responsibility for all aspects of the collections and recoveries operation.
Garry has held a number of non-executive directorships across the industry and is passionate about providing world class results through world class people.
Steve has 20 years experience in all aspects of the credit management process.
He has held senior management positions at one of the UK’s largest retail lending institutions which included responsibility for all aspects of collections and recoveries across all retail products.
His expertise is in people and process. Steve’s primary focus is to ensure that Clarity’s performance exceeds client expectations. He ensures that programmes are in place to continually review and refine collections strategies and processes to maximise collections performance at lowest unit cost to the client.
Laurence has 30 years experience in the provision and collection of unsecured loans. He has held senior technical roles with one of the UK’s largest consumer lending institutions and has held P&L responsibility for significant unsecured portfolios.
This has included responsibility for credit risk, collections and systems infrastructures. He also has qualifications and experience in HR.
Laurence is focused on developing Clarity’s ability to cleanse, score and segment its collection portfolios and on building the self-service elements of the collections offering.
Ron has been involved at a senior management level in teams responsible for secured and unsecured collection and recoveries.
He has over 25 years experience working in regulated financial services and has considerable experience in developing and improving quality management systems.
His focus is on continually improving our business processes and ensuring a first class service to our clients, whilst adhering to all statutory and code of practice guidelines to the highest ethical standards.
Ade was one of Clarity’s original employees joining us in March 2005. Since then he has worked in collections, client services and has undertaken a number of project based roles across the business.
This has involved him at both a strategic and operational level across all of our departments. He now leads our sales & marketing and client services teams.
Prior to joining Clarity, Ade worked for one of the UK’s leading financial services businesses.
